Rose Merc Ltd — Board Meeting, 27-06-2025: Board Meeting

Rose Merc Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, and proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.12 per equity share. The company also reconstituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved appointments of Deepak Rane as Secretarial Auditor for five years and Lunawat & Co. as Internal Auditors for 2025-26. The standalone financials show a net profit of Rs. 142.10 lakh and the consolidated net profit stood at Rs. 1,645.67 lakh for the year.
