Bandhan Bank Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 27-06-2025: Record Date

Bandhan Bank has announced a board meeting on August 14, 2025, as the Record Date for the proposed dividend payout, subject to approval at the AGM on August 21, 2025. The dividend, if declared, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM. Additionally, the bank plans to appoint new Joint Statutory Auditors and a Secretarial Auditor for multi-year terms, with shareholders’ approval sought at the AGM.
