Navin Fluorine has announced a plant visit for analysts and institutional investors to be held at its Dewas facility. The interaction will focus on providing insights into operations based on publicly available information.

FY25 consolidated sales rose 14% YoY to Rs. 2,349.4 Cr, with operating EBITDA up 34% to Rs. 533.7 Cr and margin expansion of 343 bps to 22.7%. Q4FY25 sales grew 16% YoY and 16% QoQ to Rs. 700.9 Cr, with operating EBITDA increasing 62% YoY to Rs. 178.7 Cr and margin widening by 721 bps YoY to 25.5%. Operating PBT for FY25 jumped 48% YoY to Rs. 336.4 Cr.

Key growth drivers included higher volumes and realizations in the High-Performance Products (HPP) segment, with AHF plant capex of Rs. 450 Cr expected to commission in Q2 FY26. Specialty Chemicals showed strong order visibility and steady capacity utilization at Dahej and Surat, with new molecule supplies starting Q1 FY26. CDMO segment revenues surged 141% YoY, backed by new European and US orders and a cGMP4 capex advancing for commissioning by Q3 FY26.

The strategic partnership with Chemours aims to establish manufacturing for AI-driven data center cooling fluids, operational by Q1 FY27, marking entry into advanced materials with scalable tech.

Management tone remains confident with focus on innovation, capacity expansion, and multi-year contracts. The balance sheet remains robust, net D/E at 0.37x. Operating cash flow stood strong at Rs. 571 Cr. ESG and sustainability initiatives also continue to be core to corporate strategy.
