TVS Supply Chain Solutions is merging five entities—Mahogany Logistics Services Pvt Ltd, TVS SCS Global Freight Solutions Ltd, White Data Systems India Pvt Ltd, SPC International (India) Pvt Ltd, and FLEXOL Packaging India Ltd—into itself. This consolidation aims to drive product diversification, expand business using combined customer bases, and broaden service offerings to strategic clients. The merger will enhance operational efficiency, reduce compliance costs, simplify the holding structure, and strengthen leadership capabilities. Shareholders of Mahogany Logistics Services will receive 3.75 Cr fully paid TVS Supply Chain Solutions shares in proportion to their holdings. Other transferor companies’ share capital held by TVS Supply Chain Solutions will be cancelled on the appointed date.
