Amber Enterprises India Limited — JV/Acquisition, 28-06-2025: Acquisition

Amber Enterprises has announced a board meeting. Its subsidiary ILJIN Electronics (India) Private Limited is acquiring a majority stake in Power-One Micro Systems Pvt Ltd, a specialist in solar inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), UPS, EV chargers, and solar power solutions. Power-One reported revenues of Rs. 184.87 Cr in FY24. This move allows Amber to enter the fast-growing clean energy space and strengthens its Electronics division with backward integration benefits like sheet metal, plastic molding, and PCB assembly capabilities. The deal is cash-based, with the final price and stake details to be disclosed post-closing.
