Amber Enterprises India Limited — Important, 28-06-2025: Agreements

Amber Enterprises’ material subsidiary ILJIN Electronics (India) Pvt Ltd has signed definitive agreements with Power-One Micro Systems Pvt Ltd and shareholders for acquiring a majority stake in Power-One. Power-One specializes in solar inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), UPS, EV chargers, and related energy solutions with a turnover of ₹184.87 Cr (FY24). Post-acquisition, Power-One will be a step-down subsidiary of Amber. The deal is cash-based, with ILJIN gaining rights to nominate three directors, supporting Amber’s entry into high-growth renewable energy and power electronics segments through strong backward integration and manufacturing capabilities.
