Nazara Technologies Limited — Important, 28-06-2025: Updates

Nazara Technologies FZ LLC, Nazara’s wholly owned subsidiary, is investing up to USD 1 million (~INR 8.66 Cr) to acquire 1.54% new shares in Getstan Technologies (STAN), a gaming community platform focused on Gen-Z engagement and creator monetization. Post-investment, Nazara’s stake in STAN will rise to 14.57%. STAN reported revenues of USD 7.87 million in FY25 but remains EBITDA negative, expanding its presence in India, Singapore, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. This aligns with Nazara’s strategy to deepen its community-driven gaming ecosystem.
