Dr. Lal PathLabs has announced the proceedings of its 31st Annual General Meeting held via video conference. Key approvals included adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial results, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share, and the re-appointment of directors Dr. Archana Lal Erdmann, Mr. Rohit Bhasin, and Mr. Arun Duggal for additional terms. Remuneration for a non-executive director linked to ESOP exercise was also approved. M/s.
