Balrampur Chini Mills has announced a board meeting on 28th June 2025 where key approvals were made. The company approved the notice for its 49th AGM scheduled for 30th August 2025 via video conferencing. Mr. Praveen Gupta will be re-appointed as Whole Time Director for a two-year term starting 1st July 2025, while Ms. Mamta Binani has been recommended for a second five-year term as Independent Director from 5th November 2025. The Executive Committee was reconstituted, now comprising Mamta Binani, Chairman Vivek Saraogi, and Executive Director Avantika Saraogi.
