Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Limited has announced a board meeting that approved acceptance of resignations from four directors, including Managing Director Harish Chand Jain, and CFO Pradeep Jain. A new management team, including directors Prashant Sharma, Chanchal, Pankaj Jain, and Mahendra Kumar Modi, assumed control. The board approved an MOU for the change in management control and authorized Harish Chand Jain to operate the company’s cash credit account and handle pending GST matters. The company also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees with the new management team.
