Tanla Platforms Limited — Important, 28-06-2025: General Updates

Tanla Platforms has announced a change in senior management: Mr. Sriram Vinjamuri will transition from Chief Customer Officer of the parent company to the same role at its wholly owned subsidiary, Karix Mobile Private Limited, effective July 1, 2025. This move aims to strengthen customer success initiatives through strategic leadership alignment within the group. Following this change, Mr. Vinjamuri will no longer be part of the parent company’s senior management team.
