Varyaa Creations has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The audit report by M/s Hiren Buch Associates was unmodified, indicating clean financials. The company appointed M/s Ritesh Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years, pending shareholder approval. Independent Director Mr. Tathagata Sarkar resigned, and Ms. Kinjal Darshit Parkhiya was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to member approval. Ms. Kusum Naheta’s position as Non-Executive Director will be regularized. Board committees have been reconstituted to reflect these changes.
