Jindal Worldwide Limited — Board Meeting, 28-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Jindal Worldwide has announced a board meeting approving the sale of 51% stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Goodcore Spintex Private Limited. Goodcore contributed about Rs. 252.38 lakh to turnover (~11% of consolidated turnover) and Rs. 803.02 lakh to profits (over 10% of consolidated profits) in the last financial year. The sale will be to promoter Mr. Yamunadutt Amilal Agarwal, on an arm’s length basis, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. This marks a strategic move to potentially streamline Jindal’s portfolio and unlock value.
