Omkar Pharmachem has announced a board meeting on which approved the appointment of Mrs. Surjeet Kaur as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Woman Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholders’ approval. This appointment fills the vacancy created by the completion of Mrs. Mamta Pachauri’s two consecutive five-year terms as Woman Independent Director. Following these changes, the company has reconstituted its Audit, Stakeholders Relationship, and Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
