Tanla has announced a board meeting on which approved the elevation of Anubhav Batra as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 28, 2025. Anubhav, who has 20 years of experience and has been with ValueFirst (a Tanla subsidiary) for 14 years, has led finance and international expansion and has strong expertise in M&A and financial strategy. Current CFO Abhishek Kumar Jain will continue until July 27, 2025, completing the quarter-end financials and AGM responsibilities.
