Devyani International Limited — Important, 28-06-2025: Updates

Devyani International has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its subsidiary Sky Gate Hospitality is acquiring the remaining stakes to make Blackvelvet Hospitality and Say Chefs Eatery wholly owned. Blackvelvet, serving Mughlai and Indian cuisine in Mumbai, generates revenue of ~INR 31.6 Cr, while Say Chefs, owner of the Goila Butter Chicken brand, reported revenue of ~INR 0.24 Cr. The acquisitions are valued at up to INR 6.21 Cr and INR 12.7 Cr respectively, consolidating Devyani’s presence in the food and beverage segment.
