AU Small Finance Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 28-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

AU Small Finance Bank has announced a board meeting on key governance and capital-raising plans. The bank approved appointing Mr. Jagajit Mangal Prasad, a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years’ experience including stints at ING Vysya and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, as an Independent Director for 3 years starting July. It also renewed its equity fundraising limit up to Rs. 5,000 Cr and debt raising limit up to Rs. 6,000 Cr, both subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Mehta & Mehta has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the next five years. The 30th AGM will be held via video conferencing in August, with a record date set for early July final dividend eligibility.
