AU Small Finance Bank has announced a board meeting on June 28, 2025, where it approved the appointment of Mr. Jagajit Mangal Prasad as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a three-year term starting July 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The bank has renewed its fund raising limit of up to Rs. 5,000 Cr through equity issuance and up to Rs. 6,000 Cr through debt instruments, both pending shareholder approval and valid for 12 months. M/s. Mehta & Mehta, Company Secretaries, has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholders’ consent. Record date for the final dividend and the 30th AGM schedule were also fixed.
