Osel Devices Limited — Board Meeting, 28-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

OSEL Devices has announced a board meeting to approve the issuance and allotment of 4.85 lakh warrants to promoter Jyotsna Jawahar via a preferential issue at Rs. 268 each (including Rs. 258 premium). These warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months, with 25% payment upfront and the balance before conversion. The move signals promoter confidence and a planned equity infusion of around Rs. 13 crore to strengthen the company’s financial position.
