Pattech Fitwell Tube Components Limited has announced a board meeting to approve an increase in authorized share capital from ₹10 Cr to ₹12.5 Cr to facilitate future fund raising. It plans a preferential issue of up to 18,98,100 equity shares and up to 24,59,300 fully convertible equity warrants, each warrant convertible into one equity share. The issue price will be decided as per market guidelines. The preferential issue involves 43 investors, including promoters and public shareholders. Proceeds are intended to support the company’s growth plans.
