Mangalam Worldwide Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 28-06-2025: Dividend

Mangalam Worldwide Limited has announced a board meeting on July 18 for finalizing the record date for a final dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share (face value Rs. 10). Shareholders on the record date will receive this payout, with no book closure involved. The company also re-appointed Mr. Mohit Kailash Agrawal as Whole Time Director & CFO for three years starting August 6, and appointed Mr. Susanta Kumar Panda as an Additional Independent Director. A new Secretarial Auditor has been proposed for approval at the upcoming AGM.
