Mangalam Worldwide Limited has announced a board meeting in which it approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mohit Kailash Agrawal as Whole Time Director & CFO for three years starting August 6, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. It also appointed Mr. Susanta Kumar Panda as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term. Mr. Panda, a retired Indian Revenue Service officer with extensive experience in finance, law, and government roles including GST implementation, currently serves on several listed company boards. Neither director is related to promoters or other board members.
