Muthoot Microfin has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company will hold its 33rd Annual General Meeting through video-conferencing to approve the audited financial statements and re-appoint Mr. Thomas Muthoot as Director. Shareholders’ approval is sought to appoint M/s. SEP & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years with a starting fee of ₹1.75 lakh plus applicable taxes and reimbursements. The Board also seeks approval to raise up to ₹1,000 Cr via private placement and ₹500 Cr through a public issue of non-convertible debentures to fund growth, refinance debt, and meet working capital needs.
