Tejas Networks has announced the results and scrutinizer's report of its 25th Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. All seven resolutions were approved with overwhelming shareholder support, including adoption of the financial results for the quarter and half-year, declaration of a Rs.2.50 per share dividend, re-appointment of director N Ganapathy Subramaniam, appointment of V Sreedharan and Associates as Secretarial Auditor, approval of related party transactions with Tata Consultancy Services Limited, and ratification of the remuneration of cost auditors. Voter participation was robust, with over 65% of shares polled and near-unanimous approval for all items.
