Mangalam Worldwide Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the Directors' Report and took note of the Secretarial Audit for FY25. A final dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share was declared, with the record date set for July 18, 2025. The 29th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on August 4, 2025. Mr. Mohit Kailash Agrawal was re-appointed as Whole Time Director & CFO for three years starting August 6, 2025. Mr. Susanta Kumar Panda joined as an Additional Independent Director. M/s. Manoj Hurkat & Associates was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
