Insolation Energy Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has secured a Letter of Intent to design, install, and operate 109.79 MW of grid-connected solar power plants across 58 sites under Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited's scheme. The project involves a 25-year operation and maintenance contract with an expected investment of Rs. 380 Cr. The tariff rates range from Rs. 2.55 to Rs. 3.04 per unit, driving annual revenues of approximately Rs. 45.82 Cr, enhancing the company’s renewable energy portfolio and long-term income visibility.
