Mawana Sugars Limited has announced the voting results of its 61st Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. All resolutions, including adoption of the financial results for the quarter and half-year, declaration of a final dividend of Rs.1/- per equity share, re-appointment of Mr. Krishna Shriram as Director, ratification of remuneration to Cost Auditors, appointment of Secretarial Auditors for five years, and approval of Managing Director’s remuneration for one year were passed with overwhelming shareholder support. Shareholders participated via remote e-voting and during the AGM, with total voting turnout of approximately 65%.
