Jindal Steel has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has commissioned its first Continuous Galvanising Line (CGL 1) at the Angul Integrated Steel Complex, enhancing its coated steel portfolio under the Jindal Panther Galvanised and ZINKALUME brands. This line targets sectors like appliances, automotive, and construction. Jindal Steel plans to add 6 MTPA crude steel capacity at Angul, doubling its output to 12 MTPA by year-end, positioning it among India’s largest single-location steel plants.
