The company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Roots Corporation Limited, has sold 100% of its stake in Leanluxe Hospitality Private Limited to Tata Sons Private Limited, a promoter entity of the company. The sale, executed on June 30, 2025, was a related party transaction completed at arm’s length based on an independent fair valuation. Consideration received was INR 1 lakh. Leanluxe Hospitality has ceased to be a subsidiary following this transaction.
