The Board approved a Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger of the Textile Business from Reid & Taylor International Private Limited (RTIL) into Digjam. The demerged division reported a turnover of INR 488.81 Cr in the previous financial year, representing a significant share of Digjam's total turnover. The consolidation aims to optimize resources, achieve cost efficiencies, and enhance overall business synergies. Equity shares will be issued to RTIL shareholders as consideration, and these shares will be listed on stock exchanges.
