Kanchi Karpooram Ltd — Updates, 30-06-2025: Company Update

Kanchi Karpooram Limited has announced a board meeting on the investment to acquire the remaining 49% equity in its subsidiary, Kanchi Agro Product Private Limited (KAPPL), for Rs. 4.9 lakh in cash, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. KAPPL, engaged in wholesale trading of agricultural products, reported a turnover of Rs. 145.07 lakh in FY 2022-23 and Rs. 185.12 lakh in FY 2023-24, with a net worth of negative Rs. 296.41 lakh. The acquisition aims to align KAPPL’s operations fully with the parent company’s strategy. The completion timeline has been extended to 31st July 2025.
