MRC Agrotech Limited has announced a board meeting on which the financial results for the quarter and half-year will be discussed. Following member approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting, the company has increased its authorized share capital from Rs. 20.5 Cr (Two Crore Five Lakhs shares of Rs.10 each) to Rs. 35.5 Cr (Three Crore Fifty Five Lakhs shares of Rs.10 each). Corresponding amendments have been made to Clause V of the Memorandum of Association and Regulation 2 of the Articles of Association to reflect this change. This capital increase provides flexibility for future equity growth and supports the company’s agricultural and processing business expansion plans.
