Vinyas Innovative Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 30-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Vinyas Innovative Technologies has announced a board meeting outcome approving a preferential issue of up to 13.64 lakh fully convertible warrants at Rs. 1,100 each, aiming to raise Rs. 150.04 Cr. These warrants will be offered to promoters and select investors, with conversion possible within 18 months. Infomerics Valuation and Rating Pvt Ltd will monitor fund usage. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled to seek shareholder approval for this fundraise, expected to bolster the company’s growth plans and strengthen capital. Promoter holding will rise to about 19.3%, with non-promoter investors collectively gaining nearly 9% post-issue.
