Sigma Solve Limited — Board Meeting, 30-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sigma Solve has announced a board meeting on which it accepted resignations of two independent directors, Mr. Raxitkumar Sureshbhai Patel and Mr. Jayesh Ramanlal Shah, both stepping down due to preoccupation. To strengthen the board, the company appointed six new directors: two additional directors from the promoter family—Prerak Prakash Parikh (CEO and co-founder) and Pujan Biren Zaverchand (Technical Project Manager and HR lead)—along with four independent directors bringing expertise in business management, accountancy, company secretarial practice, and medical field. These changes aim to enhance governance and operational efficiency.
