The company appointed M/s Oka & Bhat as Internal Auditors for FY26, leveraging their two decades of expertise in audit and assurance. Mr. Rushabh Doshi, a practicing company secretary experienced in compliance and secretarial audits, was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
