REC Limited — Important, 30-06-2025: General Updates

REC has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company incorporated Jalna Power Transmission Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary of its subsidiary RECPDCL. This new entity was formed to manage a 400/132 kV intra-state transmission project in Jalna, Maharashtra, with RECPDCL acting as Bid Process Coordinator. Post bidder selection, Jalna Power Transmission Limited will be transferred to the successful bidder along with assets and liabilities. This move expands REC’s footprint in power transmission project facilitation.
