Orient Green Power has announced a leadership change in its compliance function. Ms. M Kirithika resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective June 30, 2025. She will be succeeded by Mr. G Srinivasa Ramanujan from July 1, 2025. Ramanujan is a seasoned professional with over 17 years’ experience in finance, accounts, and regulatory compliance, holding fellow memberships with both the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. This shift aims to strengthen the company’s governance and compliance framework.
