Manbro Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on to discuss key director appointments approved by shareholders. Mr. Dilip Kumar Goenka has been appointed Managing Director for five years from February 12, 2025. Mr. Binod Kumar Goenka joins as Non-executive Director, while Mr. Sunil Sharma, Ms. Varsha Bothra, and Mr. Shalen Jain have been appointed as Non-executive Independent Directors, each for five-year terms starting the same date. None of these directors are related to existing board members. Their diverse professional backgrounds, including law, chartered accountancy, and auditing, strengthen the company’s governance and oversight.
