The Great Eastern Shipping Company has announced the retirement of Mr. Jayesh M. Trivedi, President (Secretarial & Legal), effective July 1, 2025. He will continue to serve as an advisor. Concurrently, Mrs. Sushma Panwar, currently General Counsel reporting to Mr. Trivedi, will be designated as Senior Management Personnel from the same date. Mrs. Panwar, a solicitor with 27 years of legal experience including 21 years with the company, will now officially oversee the company’s legal functions at the senior management level.
