Hubtown Limited — Board Meeting, 30-06-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hubtown Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the merger of its group company, 25 West Realty Pvt Ltd, known for the premium ‘25 West’ residential project in Bandra West, into Hubtown. The merger aims to consolidate operations, improve efficiencies, and strengthen the company’s real estate portfolio. Shareholders of 25 West will receive 42 equity shares of Hubtown for every 1 share held. Post-merger, the promoter holding is expected to rise to nearly 50%, reinforcing promoter control while scaling up the company’s luxury project presence in Mumbai.
