Astec LifeSciences Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 30-06-2025: Rights Issue

Astec LifeSciences has announced a rights issue to raise up to Rs. 249.35 Cr by issuing 28.02 lakh shares at Rs. 890 each. Existing shareholders can subscribe at a ratio of 1 share for every 7 held as on the record date, July 4, 2025. This rights issue will increase the total equity from 1.96 Cr to 2.24 Cr shares, offering current investors a chance to maintain their holding percentage by subscribing or risk dilution. The issue proceeds are expected to support the company’s growth and capital needs.
