Astec LifeSciences Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 30-06-2025: Rights Issue

Astec LifeSciences has announced a rights issue to raise up to Rs. 249.35 Cr by issuing 28.02 lakh shares at Rs. 890 each, including Rs. 880 premium. Existing shareholders get 1 share for every 7 held as of 4th July, 2025. Post-issue, equity will increase from 1.96 Cr to 2.24 Cr shares, potentially diluting holdings but providing funds for growth or debt reduction. Shareholders can subscribe or trade their rights during the offer period until 28th July, 2025. This move will strengthen the company’s capital base while offering current investors a chance to maintain their stake.
