Astec LifeSciences Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 30-06-2025: Rights Issue

Astec LifeSciences has announced a rights issue of up to Rs. 249.35 Cr, offering 28.02 lakh shares at Rs. 890 each. Existing shareholders can subscribe to 1 new share for every 7 held as of the record date, July 4, 2025. The issue proceeds will likely strengthen the company's capital base. Shareholders who do not subscribe risk dilution, as post-issue equity will increase from 1.96 Cr to 2.24 Cr shares, assuming full subscription.
