Oriental Hotels Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will hold its 55th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing, where members will consider adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements, declaration of dividend at ₹0.50 per equity share (₹1 face value), and re-appointment of a retiring director. Members will also vote on appointing M/s. Alagar & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years, approving remuneration for Non-Executive Directors for FY 2025-28 in case of no or inadequate profits, and appointing Mr. Arvind Singh as an Independent Director for five years. Mr. Singh brings over 35 years’ experience in governance and infrastructure sectors. The dividend, subject to TDS, will be paid electronically to shareholders on the record date. Members are encouraged to update their KYC and bank details for smooth dividend credit. Electronic voting will be facilitated before and during the AGM.
