Thacker and Company Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the constitution of a Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. The committee will be chaired by Non-Executive Chairman and Promoter Mr. Arunkumar Mahabirprasad Jatia, with Ms. Vrinda Jatia and Mr. Ajay Nemchand Dedhia as members. This committee will focus on addressing stakeholder concerns, improving investor relations, and enhancing corporate governance.
