Sigachi Industries Limited — Important, 30-06-2025: General Updates

Sigachi Industries has announced a board meeting. A fire at its Hyderabad plant, one of three MCC manufacturing units contributing 6,000 MTPA of a total 21,700 MTPA capacity, has caused fatalities and equipment damage. The plant will be shut for about 90 days for repairs. Other two plants in Gujarat continue normal production, with efforts to optimize output during this period. The Hyderabad facility is fully insured, and claims are being initiated. Operational disruption may impact near-term volumes but is mitigated by diversified manufacturing sites.
