The company fixed 24th July as the cut-off for voting rights, with e-voting from 28th to 30th July. Ms. Kirty Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant with 9+ years’ global experience, joins as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, replacing Ms. Iti Goyal who resigned due to preoccupation. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee has been reconstituted accordingly. M/s Ashu Gupta & Co. is proposed to be appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years.
