Hubtown Limited — Important, 30-06-2025: General Updates

Hubtown Limited has announced a board meeting and plans to merge 25 West Realty Private Limited, which owns the premium Bandra-West project "25 West." The project spans about 4.5 acres with ~6 lakh sq ft of saleable area featuring luxury 4-5 BHK+ residences priced above INR 20 Cr each. Construction of the first wing (15 of 34 floors) is underway, with sales started and RERA registration secured. Positioned as a highly connected luxury development near Bandra Worli Sea Link, the project is expected to generate over Rs. 6,000 Cr in revenue.
