Gujarat Toolroom Limited has announced a board meeting to approve key leadership changes. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma resigned as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel, and Mr. Nikhil Vasantbhai Gajjar stepped down as Independent Director, both citing personal and professional reasons without any material issues. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Arunkumar Udaybhai Dave as Managing Director and CFO for five years, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mr. Jatinkumar Pravinchandra Shah and Ms. Rekha Rani Naraniwal were appointed as Independent Directors for five years, also pending member approval.
