Nanavati Ventures Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Dhiraj Mishra and Mrs. Jigishaben Vinodbhai Shah as Additional Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Mishra, aged 26, brings over 3 years of experience in accounts and finance, while Mrs. Shah, aged 44, has more than 5 years in marketing. Neither holds shares in the company nor is related to any existing directors or key personnel. Both are registered Independent Directors and have no directorships in other public companies. Their term will be for five years starting from 1st July 2025.
